Coming to my career
progression, Shortly after i completed MHRM , I joined Eenadu
Group, Hyderabad as a Junior Executive Trainee , within one
year I was promoted as Executive - HR and was placed in the
Corporate HR department of Ramoji Film City. I worked in this
group for a time period close to 3 years.
After that I had taken
up an assignment as Executive - HR in Gati Limited - The leader
in Domestic Express Cargo , based at Kolkata, I was promoted
after 6 months as Senior Executive - HR and was transferred
to Gati Delhi. After working for one year at Gati Delhi, I
was on deputation to a sister concern of Gati for a period
of 6 months to establish and set up the HR department, this
company is called Nissin ABC Logistics Ltd ( this is based
at Noida and involved in providing total logistics to Yamaha
Motors India Ltd)
While on deputation
at Nissin ABC, I got an offer with Schenker India ( A 145
year old global logistics company with over 35000 employees
) as Assistant Manager - Corporate HR ; I joined the same
and associated with that company only for 10 days.
Then Coming to my present
job, Joined Volvo India in April, 05 as Assistant Manager
- HR.
I am presently taking care of HR pertaining to four regions
North, East, West & Central.
(Volvo , the ticket brand of Buses and high end trucks is
a 700 employee organisation in India.)
I am sure , the theoretical
knowledge base imparted to us at CMS Gitam has given me the
extra edge in my career.
