The main thrust of Education and training is to imbibe a sense of strategic outlook to management problems in the students. The emphasis, therefore, is on management as an integrated process and requires the students to develop a global view of economic, technological, cultural and political environment of the business.

The college offers six major teaching programs namely Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Human Resource Management(MHRM), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) and Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Risk & Insurance Management (PGADRIM) Full Time, Bachelor of Business Adminstration (Honours) (BBA) (Hons.) and PG Diploma in Risk & Insurance Management (PGDRIM) Part Time and M.Phil / Ph.D. Part Time

All the six academic Programmes are designed to meet the challenges of rapid changes in our society. Students are continually exposed to practical scenarios.
